Head chef Taher Djeebet has designed a menu to cater for every palate using succulent, market fresh produce. Djeebet is a master of authentic Modern European cooking with a strong Mediterranean influence. A graduate of the prestigious catering college at Les Roches, Djeebet has benefited from the tutelage of Marco Pierre White at the Mirabelle, and has most recently been working in southern Spain.

Cruse 9 is the creation of young entrepreneurs Alex Costa and Joe Sheasgreen, who have applied their expertise in interior design and in-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry to produce a customer-friendly, sophisticated, yet informal, eatery. Fans of La Sopressa and The Villa Bianca in the heart of Hampstead will be delighted to learn that restaurateur Angelo Costa has been intensely involved in bringing this up-and-coming restaurant to life.
